Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be longer than usual. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
📦 Exception for Pre-Orders:
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page. These items will be shipped according to the date specified. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped separately.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number either on our website or directly through the carrier’s tracking portal.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Kwaleö is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. If you require assistance, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
