We are an online hub for independent brands, which means that shipping is handled differently dependent upon the brand in question.
Our best advice would be to carefully read the relevant brand’s shipping and delivery information on their own individual website.

Tracking your order is easy
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. Depending upon the shipping option you chose when placing your order, you will then be able to keep tabs on your product order.
Returns are accepted
We are absolutely confident in the quality every product, however if you’re not happy then we’d love to hear from you.

While we are happy to facilitate returns for most items within a specific time period, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
For this reason, we strongly advise you to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any labels or tags before disposing of any original packaging.
Please be aware that our brands cannot accept returns on final-sale products, personalized items, special order items, products damaged through normal wear and tear, items purchased with a coupon code or items that are listed as non-returnable or non-exchangeable.
